10. Sounds like projection and leveling
The typical RW psychological cocktail:

Projection: is a defence mechanism in which one attributes ("projects") to others, one’s own unacceptable or unwanted thoughts or/and emotions. Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the unwanted subconscious impulses/desires without letting the ego recognize them. The theory was developed by Sigmund Freud and further refined by his daughter Anna Freud.

Leveling: a behavior seen in the insecure and would-be bullies. One seeks to tear down others because of one's own feelings of inadequacy. An outward manifestation of jealousy.
