3. Then I'de go with the monkfish and
simple grilled asparagus.

With either stuffing.


But I prefer the mozzarella one.

12. Yes, so go for it.
It doesn't have a fishy taste----it's pretty mild,
but it's got more body than alot of other fillets. It will hold up well to the stuffed peppers.
I wouldn't want anything too strong with the peppers.
