You have a perfectly fine nose.......

As for the zits........I don't know.........

I still get them at my age now and then..........

But usually on my back......plus they itch.......

My advice would be to go to a Church of God, ask someone to speak in tongues, and watch closely for results. It may take some time.

27. My thought, too. Rosacea.
You can get bigger zits on the nose from Rosacea.

I went for a couple of years thinking it was just adult acne. It was Rosacea and it can be treated.
