9. That's what I've been listening to
Excellent music for workouts. Good, fast-paced beat and just the right amount of anger and rage to fuel my routine.

I know someone else who would chime in on this one if he's around. :-)

The self-appoint audio-esoteric police take great pains to feel superior by suggesting you don't know jack when you listen to what you like.

If you do start listening to "their stuff" and it goes mainstream they start to laothe it. Go figure.

I'm reading this thread trying to see if there are any songs/bands I might recognize which will jog my memory into remembering something new I've heard.

Fortunately for me, I got an Emmylou Harris cd for xmas (I opened it last night, don't tell) and it is a 2003 release. So, I have heard something - I guess that will have to sufice for my 11 favorites of 2003. :P
