Three rare Amur tiger cubs born at Pittsburgh Zoo
" Three rare Amur tiger cubs were born this morning at Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium.

All appear to be healthy and likely weigh about two pounds, said zoo spokeswoman Connie George. Cameras in the tiger den allow keepers to watch the babies closely, but the newborns will not be handled for a few weeks. For now, they are toothless, blind and completely dependent on their mother."

"There are an estimated 400 Amur, or Siberian, tigers left in the wild, and 190 in American zoos."

2. Wonderful news
A couple more tigers in the world... on that happy note, I shall retire and hope for sweet dreams of a better world.
