4. Yes. Ever been to a nude camp ground and been bit
in a particularly uncomfortable spot? A spot you can't politicly scratch in company?

18. It started with a few on my ankles, legs, and waist
I was like, "Whew! I made it out lucky."

Oh no.

It's now about 2o+ bites all over me, including TEN on my southern girly parts. OMG. The SO is half appalled and half thinking it's hilarious (since she's also female, I'm letting her slide).

This SUCKS.

16. Mosquito bite on the eyelid
Eye swelled completely shut, and my friends started laughing and asking if my SO had slugged me.

I am such a mosquito magnet that my one friend says she invites me over because when I'm around, they stop biting her little boy. I should rent myself out to fancy parties -- I'll just stand in the corner and the mosquitos will leave all the OTHER guests alone.

Knock it off,

Knock it off!

So yes indeed, there are sites where those pesky bloodsucking females can attack. Male skeeters are vegetarians.

23. Fire ant bites....
Usually, they manage to make a few nibbles before you realize what's happening.

Mosquito bites usually stop bothering me before the day is out. But fire ant pustules* last several days.

* Yes, "pustule" is the proper name for the ugly marks the fire ants leave.
