Imperial Majesty, which costs $215,000 a bottle, is the most expensive perfume in the world.

Imperial Majesty is a limited edition of a Clive Christian signature scent. Sold simply as No. 1, the fragrance is priced at $2,150 an ounce. But the reason Imperial Majesty costs so much is that Christian, a British designer-turned-perfumer, poured 16.9 ounces of No. 1 into a Baccarat crystal bottle, stuck a five-carat diamond into the 18-carat gold collar and unveiled it at Harrods in London and Bergdorf Goodman in New York City this past holiday season.

Of the five bottles released for sale (the others were kept for Christian's archives), three have sold.

So...would you just pour it out and keep the bottle?
Or get a cab around to the private aviation terminal and charter a Lear?
Can you take a liquid on a Lear?

4. Except that it's possible that those three

would:

1. Not care. What's a couple hundred grand when some dipshit reporter will talk about what you had to do;

2. Berate the staff until someone important called someone else important and "straightened it all out" allowing the material on the plane (lawyers involved here, probably); or,

3. Dumped it, called it 2 bottles and called the insurance company for reimbursement.

12. You probably have a deductible, but yes it very well might cover

these items. I hope every person inconvenienced today makes a claim if they have one that's eligible.

But to spend that much for one bottle of purfume is just obscene.

I will stick with my Burberry, Dolce and Gabbana and Chanel. Much cheaper, and I am sure it smells just as good.
