2. My studio is out of commission.
I'm rehearsing in it, but I'm staring at about $40K worth of gear that can't currently record a frigging note.

I guess I could use the built-in mic in one of my Powerbooks and record it in Garageband . . . Hell. Maybe I should do my whole record that way.

Greg Allman is one of the most underappreciated influential players of our generation.

I'll see what I can do. I've been practicing for the upcoming inaugural performance of my new Elton John tribute trio and for a solo gig I have at a festival Saturday . . . trying to add some new tunes and break out of the "thirteen-greatest-hits" rut . . .
