"They put a hot wire to my head. Because of the things I did and said. They made these feelings go away, model citizen in every way."

It's a shame that Johnny Rotten will always be remembered more for the Sex Pistols because PIL was one great, positively out there band. Listening to them today, with some of this stuff being 25 years old it's still pretty bold and shocking, even with a ton of bands out there now that are directly ripping their music and their shtick off (The Rapture, Radio 4, The Liars, etc.).

In any case a great, overlooked band. I was lucky enough to see them in their mid period sometime in the 80's. I think it was after the Album/CD/Cassette release, which in retrospect is even stranger due to the presence of Steve Vai of all people on guitar.

9. Johnny Lydon was on Judge Judy a few years back.
A whiney drummer sued him for back pay but the drummer lost the suit. Oooooh, it was hilarious. I love PiL!
