I sometimes travel to the western part of the state. I've never visited Boston, except to go to the airport once.

7. The woman who made my violin lives in Cummington...

and my great grandparents and a great uncle are buried in Williamsburg. We saw a 4th of July parade in Chesterfield. I also stayed in Pittsfield once. It's pretty country... :-)

I was born in Leyden, a tiny town where my beloved grandpa Russell installed the first tv in 194?. Born during a blizzard-ish storm in 1976...Moved to Gfld when I was about 5, lived there with my mom, pops, and brother from 1982-1996. Moved away after HS to Pittsburgh, moved back, and away, and back...Finally got out for good, I think, this spring :)

I adore Western MA...the Sniffas and I hope to move back there once I'm done with school. :)

11. I graduated from high school in 1976...

I love those little towns. It amazed me, while visiting my friends, that everybody lived so far away from everbody else; yet they all knew each other by hanging out at the local grocery/cafe. I couldn't tell you the names of most of the people on my block...
