If I had 1 Billion dollars....
here's what I would do:

OK now we know Americans don't like to drive small cars. We can push and push, but Joe Six Pack is not going to buy a Prius, even though they rock and there's no other car worth buying anyway.

So here's what I would do: Buy Hummer corp and turn all of the Hummers into Hybrids. In addition, I'd make a Hummer Sedan (that's also a Hybrid) and also fuse the steam by-product technology into them. AND if that isn't enough, all Hummer's rooftops would have large solar panels on them.

So my goal would be an H2 that gets 40 MPG and burns ethanol.

2. That's much too sensible and practical for me...
If I had a billion, I'd fill up a huge bin full of money--paper and coins--and just swim in it, like Scrooge McDuck...
