Things you were taught as a very young child that you still retain
(besides obvious things like how to use a toilet, how to speak, etc.)

Among the many things for myself: carrying a pair of scissors by the closed blades, so as not to inadvertantly stab someone.

2. Wash your hands. Cover your mouth/nose while coughing/sneezing. Be
polite.

All traits I wish more people possessed.

In my job I get more than my share of rude pigs, but even more disconcerting is the abominable level of personal hygiene on display, and more so because I'm at extreme risk of catching hold of some of the pathogens that come to Vegas for their vacation... :grr:

11. Yes. Please.
Though sometimes, when people stare at me when I'm eating in a restaurant (happens a lot now because I run around with black hair and sideburns but it's always been something that annoyed me), I'm tempted to start eating with my mouth open and let half-masticated food fall out. I did do that once, years ago, for a few seconds, but the people just kept on staring blankly. Usually it seems it's a couple and they have nothing to say to each other, so they just stare at people. And stare. And stare. And...WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU LOOKING AT?!?!?!?!?!?

8. Ouch.
Not sure the nose is necessary, you hit a guy in the balls and they're on the ground for 10 minutes

7. Look both ways before you cross the street. Never take candy
from strangers. Always be polite. Bathe daily. Stand up straight. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Those have been good words to live by. :D

10. How to drive a stick-shift
I wish I was joking. Actually I was 5 or 6, so I wasn't very young but I have no memories before that so that's as young as I get.

16. Yeah...
if we weren't coming back from the bar and I wasn't steering too. At the time it was terrifying...it probably contributes to why I've never taken my driving test until now.
