but I know people who do have ESP. But maybe they call that something else now. I think that's fascinating though. I'd love to be able to see into the future.

except for the invisibility...that is more of a "superpower". i just needed a word to categorize them all :)

I've heard it said that everyone has ESP but some develop that ability while most people don't. I'd love to know how to do it. :)

it's *not* for a matter of "faith" thing, but the energy you put into an action has to be 100%. especially when you use telepathy or telekinesis. you are using the same energy you would use if you actually used your mouth while speaking or picking something up/moving something, except the energy is coming straight from your mind to the object or person, skipping the physical action :)

Are there places to learn more? I know it would be nice to have someone else peer into my future but I think having that ability would be great. :)

they don't work for me though. mine are mostly natural or i've learned my own way that works for me. but there are places like http://psipog.net or http://www.astralsociety.com/as/Forum/ and many others, you just have to Google something like 'learning ESP forums". you will most likely want a forum over some dinky website trying to make you buy a book or something. there are plenty of books in the bookstores too, i'm sure. it's up to you how you want to approach it. you have to find a way that is comfortable with you. some people try and try and try and still don't get it. it seems once you stop trying, you get it. so learn a bit, start trying, then stop trying......if you know what i mean....

to actually get it. I wouldn't know exactly what to do without some kind of help.

I always know which direction I'm facing. Granted, at night I might need to take a quick look at the stars to re-orient, but that's rare.

I always know with exacting certainty north and south directions, but I have to stop and consider east and west directions. :shrug:

and screw up other electrical items...and have times of telepathy coming in loud and clear.

who have active ESP cannot do it on demand, unfortunately....
i know from experience it is something we crave, to be able to do this....it usually comes unexpectedly, we don't trust our intuition, then realize after something happen or after we find out how right we were. i only realized in the last year or so how use telepathy on purpose....meaning sending my thoughts to another (in person of course)

And I understand. Do you take phone calls? Or just have it happen when it does?

and most of the ones who do, are probably faking it....i don't really believe those people who have psychic hotlines and all that shit. who knows, maybe some of them are real but i know the majority of people who are 'actively' extra-sensory etc. cannot exactly do it on purpose like that....

We shared a bedroom growing up. We'd be lying in the dark, and she would think of something, an object, a scene...and I would usually get the visual.

Learned early on that whe was a good sender, and I was a good receiver.

i was usually a better receiver than i was sender, until recently.....last summer my 'sending' was out of control....i think i was realizing how easily i could do it and was taking advantage of it. freaked someone out real bad with it :(

to be manipulative like that...but it's something I don't like to do a lot because it's not nice to do that to people...lol

i know. one time i used telepathy to invite one of my favorite musicians to a hotel room. He heard me! LMAO....that turns into a long story.

Another time, I wanted to get this guy's attention who was DJ'ing at a club, so I was calling him telepathically from the other room and he heard it. he came out and asked who was calling him. i was so embarassed, it was hilarious :blush:

Something about asking for verifiable predictions just sends clairvoyants into a tailspin.

Replace "predictions" with evidence and you have my recipe for skeptinazi mind rays that destroy the other powers. :)

I developed this power during my younger 'pretty boy' days in the 80's when I wore skinny leather ties and stuff and was frequently hit on because people without this power thought I gay. Their super-power was buying drinks or something. :D

Don't want to brag though.

Every job I've ever quit in anger, the company was out of business within six months. My resume reads like the shit-job boneyard.

My mother has the ability to make you need to use the toilet really badly just by calling you on the telephone but fortunately it's recessive.

and I am able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
