I wish I could say we're going to laze around and relax with good books and movies. We're forever working on the house. We had a wonderful evening off last night though so it makes it somewhat easier to get back to working. D's at Lowes right now and I'm goofing off :rofl:

I love that picture. We're making our Sunday morning waffles, then chilling for a while, then going shopping for a bit, then having friends over for ice cream cake!

BTW that picture is rather disturbing.

It's a grey day, but not enough rain to make it worth watching. Thursday night we had a fantastic storm. Progspawn and I sat at the window and watched it for awhile. Gotta make sure he loves and appreciates the majesty and grandeur of nature.

The picture is disturbing? I thought it was kind of a cool angle and an expressive look on her face. :(

I'm not doing much today; I just chatted with DickSteele SENIOR
on the phone and I'll probably call my Mum later.

Then I might do some more sketching on the painting I'm
working on.
If I get REALLY ambititous, I may whip up a batch of
salsa for my sweetie to distribute amongst her co-workers
tomorrow; we got some nice organic tomatos yesterday
and I need to something with them.

I just came back from Standee's restaurant right down the street. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausages. Black, strong coffee. I can feel my arteries start to harden, but man was it good. :-)

Otherwise, I did some laundry earlier and am loafing the rest of day.

You didn't miss much...I was offline for two months before I moved...We're in South Dakota now...been here almost a month now. I can BREATHE here, and I don't have to run from hurricanes. Of course, we may all fall down and die this winter!

because I couldn't sleep last night and therefore overslept and didn't have time to get done this morning. So in a couple minutes I have to drive back across town. !@#$#%$#@! stupid me and the snooze button

I jest! Had breakfast with a friend, now I am about to pay bills (only two, happily), then fold the laundry, iron, make dinner.
