3. I eat more and more
vegatarian meals these days.
Morningstar farms products are just great , as are fresh fruits and veggies. I still eat fish and poultry occasionally though.:shrug:


I wonder sometimes what will be the end results of messing with the food supply.

infections that do not respond to anti-biotics
ADD/ADHD
eating disorders spawned by the diet industry
and others I'm not thinking of...

5. Today I have had shredded wheat, two bananas....
a bunch of Golden Princess grapes, a homemade chocolate chip cookie, and a slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter.

Hmmm. Looking back on that, I can now see why, at 4:15pm, I am already hungry for supper.

I'm taking my chances with chicken for supper tonight.
