22. Is your mother there?
Is she watching? Cheese is on the food pyramid. And Cheetos are the cheese that goes crunch. So, hey, it's a food group unto itself.

Eat the cheetos!

16. HEyHEY... beans!
A big ol' can of beans, the ones with a touch o' maple or however they word it up there. Plenty of protein, and fiber too. And you can wash 'em down with almost anything - water, juice, beer, etc.
And afterwards you can do your best Bill O'really impersonations!

20. Potatoes
Potatoes are yummy, versatile, and full of nutrition. Do you have any eggs and butter or margarine. Make yourself an omelet and a baked potato. Better yet, a fritatta.

24. Always keep a big bag of rice around.
Twenty pounds of it at least, and buy another bag when you get down to about five pounds. Then you can spice up your rice with whatever you can afford, perhaps a can of chili, some flavored beans, a small tin of ham, peppers, or an egg you "borrow" from your neighbor...

Even if you don't have any spare change (like maybe because you bought a forty-ouncer with it) you can flavor your rice with a packet of spicy hot sauce taken from the Taco Bell across the street.

For breakfast, rice with raisins.

And people will give you fruit that can't be sold.

....and a box of Kraft will cost you about a buck thirty. For chili-mac. You have enough left for an 8 oz carton of milk...about 40 cents. Fifty cents left over! Enough for an apple or a candy bar.
