Announcing the First Annual DU Graphics Competition

Make either Bush Jr or Rummy look as evil as possible, the contest ends in one week. Yes, you have an entire week to make something good. Don't bother showing up at the last minute with mspaint crap, this is about the best the artists the frequent DU can do. If you're reading this and wondering if I'm talking about you because you know you can make some sweet graphics, yes, I'm talking to you.

I will be competing in this, so I cannot be a judge. I am answering questions for the first night, hoping one night is all it will take.

spend more than 30 minutes on your entry. You have some sort of manipulation software, use it, you're selling yourself short. Don't believe me?

Open up your picture, walk away for an hour, come back and take a good long look, and ask yourself if it's publishable.

Still need to fix the blurred edges on the wounds and such, but.

if it wouldnt scare my 5 year old brother so bad id probably set that as my background to my desktop. thats just freeeeeaky thats a nice one. if you can, try pointing the ears a bit (i dont do the graphics stuff so i dont know if its doable or not)

Prize? OK, so it's not an official contest, if someone has something they'd like to donate, then sure. This, IMHO, was more about seeing the DU artists flex their muscles with a huge source pic, something that's rarely provided in all the 'somebody make me a photoshop' threads.
