I am a proud papa!!

This is a sheer vanity post to show off my two boys. The older will be 3 in September, the younger is 5 months. Both are in 99th percentile for height and off the charts for cuteness :)

The older one's right eye is half blue, half brownish-gray. The little guy looks like he's going to have eyes that are vibrant blue, gray in the middle.

4. The pictures of similar ages are very similar

So, the pictures at 4 months of both are very similar. However, the younger one has the big mop of hair that is slowly falling out. The new hair is probably strawberry blonde but it's hard to tell.

Personality wise, they're miles apart, the older boy is very high strung and mischevous, the little one is much more laid back and we'll see about the mischief streak ;)

Well, the eye color is actually from me, my eyes are a combination of green, gold flecks, and blue. He's seen an ophthamologist and the conclusion is that for some reason that section of his eye just doesn't produce much melanin. It may be birth related, his right eye was a little 'squinty' for a few months. He doesn't have any chimera traits other than the eye, so I think while the eye color is rare it's not bizarrely rare like a true chimera :)

10. Very cute! I am a complete fool for little boys with curls.

My first had gorgeous golden curly locks when he was a baby. After his first haircut (which I delayed and delayed until I got sick of explaining that he was actually a boy, not a girl) the curls were gone, never to return. Now he has gorgeous thick brown hair. My little girl kept her beautiful curls and gets complimented on them all the time.
