Greetings from Northern Alberta!
I'm up in the town of High Prarie, AB with my son Tavernertoddler having fun, pointing at cows and eating food that was prepared with vinegar. What's up with Canadians and their vinegar? Even the A1 sauce up here has a lot more vinegar....

Anyway, pictures coming sometime next week.

Check out the small museum at the Library; it's got some great stuff in there about the history of the area. You're not too far from the Grouard Mission as well; that's worth a look.

I love the Peace River Region; one of the most beautiful regions in North America..

5. You know I've been there!
The first roadtrip we ever took when I came up here was to St. Paul to see the UFO Landing Pad; I've got a few pictures somewhere around here...

How are you? I'm headed for work in a second and then it's the long weekend!

Do you actually get the weekend off? :bounce:

I've got that dang summer cold that's going round. I'm not going to let it stop me from enjoying the weekend, though! It's supposed to be beautiful, mid 20's. :D

One of my staff has that cold; he's at the coughing stage right now and sounds like Tom Waits! Take care of yourself:hug:

We're going to cocoon this weekend for the most part; ride our bikes around and clean th place up on Sunday while we BBQ out on the balcony and watch the kitty freak out at the birds eating their birdseeed. Good times:)
