Ever have days when you should just stay OFF the phone?

I had to call the claims manager on one of my cases, just to ask her a simple question. For some reason, my brain circuitry is not working today, and my "simple question" turned into a tortured tangle of words, which made me sound almost as idiotic as Bush. :blush:

I finally managed to make some sense and got the information I needed, but sheesh! Some days I just need to stay out of public and off the phone!

1. Yes, but it's usually because I'm going to be a bitch to all in my path

that day. However, I often switch words and numbers when I talk and it's a total pain in the ass.

2. Ha!

I really try to stay off the phone if I'm in bitch mode, unless I need to have a come-to-Jesus meetin' via phone with one of my non-cooperative clients. Then the bitchiness comes in handy!

I hate the bleeding phone! If it weren't for email, I don't see how I could function.

when I need to get hold of someone. Fortunately, my I don't do the twisted linguistic tango too often, but when I do, I do it so freakin' well!
