Riley George
Riley George was born on September 11, 2004. A friend of a co-worker had seven kittens she couldn't keep, and when I got out to their house, Riley was the last one. I was expecting to get a girl, but when I looked in that sweet face, I just said, "His name is Riley and he is MINE." I gave him the middle name of George for two reasons. First, it was a nickname from my Grandpa. Grandpa calls every child George, so when I hear it, I think about him. Second, Riley was born on 9/11, and I wanted a patriotic name. You don't get much more patriotic than the president!! -Erin
