Question about spyware
I've been getting plagued with quite alot of spyware lately, and I have the freeware version of Ad-Aware. If I have this, am I getting the right amount of protection or should I get something else?

I'd appreciate any tips on better(and affordable software), if any. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

1. Run Spybot Too
AdAware is good but misses some stuff.

2. No Kidding -
I ran Spybot after running AdAware and it found something like 15 additional processes. More than happy to get rid of them.

3. I'd Like To Add
That "Major Geeks" keeps track of all updates on the software to AdAware, Spybot and Norton's Anti-Virus and provides the link to update your programs.

4. I use Ad Aware & Spybot Search & Destroy
I use them both, and the other will catch things that the first one didn't... :)

5. Spybot references one called Spyware Blaster
on their web-site. I run Spybot S&D, Spyware Blaster and Adaware just to be safe and it seems to help.
