Why do I keep going to GD: 2004 Primary?
As far as I can tell, there are two kinds of threads in there: - My guy is the AWESOMEST! -- Is not! --- Is too! ---- Is not! ----- IS TOO! OR - Your guy SUCKS! -- Does not! --- Does too! ---- Does not! ----- DOES TOO! So why do I keep going over there and reading threads? Somebody make me stop. Please.

is to be able to put the whole forum on ignore. Clearly I don't have the self-discipline to just not go there.

4. I keep thinking maybe I'll see something resembling discourse
I guess it's a rare instance of me being an optimist. Even though going over there makes me feel like we are going to be toast come 2004.

7. How much worse do you think it will get?
As we get closer to the election, all hell will break loose and as the passions run high and the emotions override logic, "Captain Morgan" meets "Big Chief Wa Hoo" and things begin to get ugly. Kinda reminds me of a family Christmas dinner:)

95% of us will be holding hands and singing Kumbayyah. The nastiness will fade once the primaries are over.

9. If not by consensus, by force
After we have a nominee there will be no tolerance for candidate bashing, unless that candidate is Bush.

11. I never thought of that!
Now I really will have to stay out of there, because this kid still has a few more months before he's done. :)

12. Well, the reason I asked ...
is that GD: 2004 Primary induces labor in me, and I'm not even pregnant!:wow:
