Ok, how does a toy start going off sitting on a table with no one around?

I am sitting here talking about not being afraid to die and this toy starts going off. You have to push a button to make it go off. No one touched it. It is not "voice activated". I swear its a ghost.

seriously, was it a wind up? I had a toy that would do that... it would get 'stuck' and then go off later...
