1. I don't see how anyone
who thinks Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone could have the brains to put on a catcher's mask the right way.

Oh, wait — it's a movie. :silly:

3. Best overlooked line in the film:
"How come everybody was always somebody famous in a past life? I mean, how come nobody was ever Joe Schmo?"

5. Don't you call me a cocksucker!
It's best to just get the DVD rather than watch the edited crap on TV.

9. This movie is by far the best example of how editing ruins movies
without the cussing it isn't even the same movie.

By far my favorite sports movie of all time.

Baseball, it's also a job.

11. I wanted to be an Annie
That movie came out just around the time that Harrisburg got a minor league baseball team. But never really met any of the players. I did however, party with some of the guys with the Hershey Bears back in college

in my life I have ever actually appreciated baseball. :-)

I love that movie about my hometown team. :D

edit: We have a fancy new ballpark now, thanks to the movie. But we still have the "Hit the Bull and Win a Steak" billboard.
