Thanks for the heads up on the event, but my week-in-the-public schools culminated in a rather nasty event on Friday afternoon, after which I had to hibernate for 16 hours before (eventually) venturing out again. :(
I hope the rally et al went well. I appreciate all of the good feedback I've gotten on my what-to-do-in-Boston query...am trying to take in all that my work sched will allow, but have missed so much.

In fact, I tend to be a magnet for weird shit. Friends who hang around me frequently have all said at least once, "you know, this wouldn't have happened, if I wasn't with you." Mind you, these are not things I've caused, just weird things occuring in my general vicinity.
