1. I went to a spa last year(b-day gift from wifey poo)
Had a 60 minute deep tissue massage, toatlly rocked! After that I did a total hot body wrap with green tea which created one helluva sweat!
While I was completely mummified, a nice lady massaged my feet. All this for another hour!

I was like a damn bowl of j-e-l-l-o by the time that was all said and done...might have to go and get hooked up again as a matter of fact!
