How long before Bush proposes faith-based cow testing?

Before each cow is slaughtered, we could pray for a sign that it is unhealthy. If no sign is given, we can just call it good. It would be so much cheaper than all that scientific mumbo-jumbo.

7. Does That Apply To The DNC Also?

If it's successful, then we can use the same test for all three branches of the Federal Government and Wall Street too.

Retroactive birth control might not be all that bad an idea to get some honesty back in our government and financial systems.
