1. I am still awake because I have to adjust my sleep schedule.
I have new work hours and I have to adjust my body clock.

3. I've been playing around with html and java tonight.
I know the basics of html, but I never got around to learning how to program java. Anyhow, I found this web site that has some applets. There is a cool whale aquarium on there if you want to see it. It's here:

That's partly what my original post was highlighting, only in that one it looked like one of those hypnotism thingies. I'm in a mood to play and look at trippy stuff tonight for some reason.

Is your new schedule day or night?

6. My new schedule is night to early mornings.
I will finally be able to work in peace. I feel so free. But I will miss the people in my old department. I did'nt know that Friday was my last night until after my lunch break at 10pm. It was bittersweet. In the end there was just too much BS. I no longer like working on my assigned floor because I felt everything that I did was in vain - but everyone else saw that I was a good worker and how much I wanted to help so f--- the other idiots. Slackers.

9. Those sound like my type of hours.
I've always wanted a job that was either in the evenings or late at night. I'm a night owl anyhow. I think every job I have ever had has been 1st shift despite the fact that people say 1st shift is hard to get and usually only for people with seniority. I hate 1st shift jobs and having to go to school at 8 in the morning. Ugh. Hope you find some great peace at your new job.

11. I will still be working for the same company.
And that is a good thing. I am a nightowl and I function better when its dark outside - during the daytime too much is going on and then you have all the managers and office people out and about. Its hard indeed to get onto first shift and its also a cut in a pay. But I don't see myself going to 1st shift because I am not a morning person.

14. I hope I don't end up on 1st for sure.
As soon as school ends, I'm getting back to my old evening sleep schedule. After that, I'll adjust to look for jobs in the afternoons. I am not a morning person either.

8. What's that?
Never heard of it. Is it a movie or a roller derby team? It sounds like a roller derby team. :P

10. Ha!
Does, doesn't it? :7

West Coast Blues band. Piazza's a hell of a harp player; his wife, Honey, plays a great boogie keyboard.

12. They look cool too.
The guy has that slick look I like in a musician and the lady looks stunning. Are they sort rock blues or straight up blues, or jazzy?

15. Jump blues, mostly
At least, that's what they did on the show I watched. Jump blues and boogie-woogie.

Think J. Geils in their earlier days. Reminded me a bit of "Full House."

7. I'm beginning to get new hope that my visitor is about gone.
The 3 day igraine-may (don't want to say migraine because it may think I'm calling it back) may be lessening now. I'm sort of dizzy though. I can live with dizzy though. :P

And how are you tonight?

Us two have been battling a noxious person in R/T!

Edit: Us three - cosmik debris has been having a go too.

20. Hmm, good.
Keep up the good work. My head damn near exploded when that one person compared lesbians to neo-nazis the other day in that Lesbian Safety Officer thread. I haven't even had the heart to go to R/T much lately. I'd hate to see what gibberish is going on there.

21. I am the Invincible Man when it comes to flamewar - you know that
saying "water off a duck's back" ... well that is nothing compared to how I can walk through the flame in there.

Mind you, this probably sounds like a lot of boasting, but I tell you, it gets surreal in there sometimes posting about points amongst enormous threads of vitriolic attack. :)
