2. And a Happy Halloween to you too.
I love Halloween. My main problem right now is that I only have basic cable, so I can't see all the great Halloween movies and shows. Thanks for the picture. I haven't even seen It's the Great Pumkin, Charlie Brown advertised on television. I guess they are not showing it this year or something. So the pictures online, especially here, may be the only ones I get to see this year.

3. Thank you! I just deployed it!
I'll be sending out many more in the next several days!

BTW: Was that a Photoshop job, or are you that deft with a shiv?

8. I have had the picture for a couple years.
I don't remember where I got it - probably right here on DU.

4. My favorite holiday!
Almost every year for the past 3 decades my wife and I have scared the kids when they come to trick or treat us. When we started out it was just me dressing up real scary and jumping out at them. It's evolved into a scary house with lots of lights and sounds. I think I must have collected about 12 boxes of haloween stuff over the years. My commander in chief won't let me scare the ones that are too little. Some of them get pretty scared but they all ask to come back the next year.

6. Dear God I just thought I lost a week and had to double-check the date.
The pumpkins are very cool. I haven't carved ours yet. I'm tempted to make our own impeach one, but I live with a couple Republicans, so it probably wouldn't fly to well, even if they don't like Bush anymore either.

11. Sorry if I confused you
I was trying to make it small enough for my avatar but I couldn't figure it out. So I decided to share it in a thread.

BTW, I loved your apple picking pictures. :)

17. It is.
DU will automatically shrink the pixels, so it fits, but the maximum file size is 3k and that pic is 5k.

7. Those that still need to get a cheap V for Vendetta costume...
If you're looking for the Grand Heritage costume (because you want to be able to use it again and again at other choice times like when we storm Washington after November 7th), here's a place that has it cheap:

http://www.costumesupercenter.com/product/id/104945.do

You can get the cheaper version of the costume here too for $59.99 shipped:

http://www.costumesupercenter.com/product/id/104979.do

You might want to call them on this one though to make sure that they have it in stock for the size you want.

I got it earlier when they had a 10% coupon off on top of this price ($139.99) that put my price to around $125 with no tax or shipping charges. The gloves were included with the Grand Heritage costume, even if some places it indicates that they aren't.

Still need to get a wig with that too, as that doesn't come with it, and isn't offered by that store. Get the wig at Toywiz.com for $15.48 tax and shpiping included if you use a coupon like "toywizclub5" with it.
