My co-worker made some hot sauce that was pretty good. He put some habaneros in it. Ouch.

6. The trick is roasting the peppers on an open flame
until the outer skin peels off. That fire roasted flavor makes all the difference.

Here is another neat party trick:

Take some habaneros, slice them into thin round wedges, and soak them in key lime juice and salt. Serve with crackers.

If they don't give you the hiccups, they're not real habaneros...

4. We lived off that stuff when I went camping.
The food was freeze-dried and tasted like nothing so we covered everything (EVERYTHING) in Texas Pete.
