37% of teens find text messaging while driving extremely distracting

The Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety reports that, asked
to name major driving distractions, 37% of teen drivers cited text
messaging as extremely or very distracting - well ahead of the 20%
that said they were distracted because of their emotional state, and
19% who said the main distraction were friends in the vehicle.

1. So what was the percentage who were willing to try
not text messaging while driving? I'd bet most of that 27% would respond with nothing more than a look of blank befuddlement if the suggestion was made...
