a bit chilled myself, but that's what you get for not wearing gloves when it's -10 out. x(

make a saturated solution of hot water and salt, gargle for 10 minutes - daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam that hurt but it cured me! :D I had tears coming out of my eyes but I wasn't crying ;-)
