I just wanted to announce to the world that I passed my Ph.D. written examinations! My oral examination is scheduled for election day, so there will be two reasons to celebrate! Woo hoo!!!:party:

the lovely words. It has been a good day. Taking U.S. and Latin American history to the kids, to tell them REAL stories about our past will be motivating and joyous. I can't wait to actually start teaching!!!
