1. Oak trees.

Did you know that most people are allergic to oak pollen. Did you also know that virtually no one is allergic to any palm tree pollen? Planting an oak tree is like asking for an extra cold every year. Nice for furniture, but I don't want to live around them. Hope LA doesn't plant oaks.
