They are my favorites but Mario and his partner were fantastic too.

mario is defnitely the better dancer but emmett has a little more personality. if this were truly a dance contest, mario would have won. but, as a fellow gator, i'm glad emmett won . . . and i'm glad the athlete finally had a good contest. jerry rice and evander holyfield were atrocious dancers.

I was so glad that he won. I know that everybody wants to see this as stricly a dance contest, but I see it more as "America's favorite dancer". Just because you can technically dance better than someone eslse, doesn't necessarily mean you are the favorite.

Mario was great, indeed, but Emmitt was awesome. Technically I thought Mario had it down, but Emmitt had soul and his personality took him over the top for me. I did dig Mario's breakdancing, but Emmitt's "Can't Touch This" homage was superb. IMHO, of course. Outside of the freestyle, I thought both did quite well with the trad dancing of ballroom and quickstep, etc.

uhh, can to you tell I'm a huge fan of this show? lol...

This show really seemed more like a popularity contest and of course, the football player would win. But Emmitt really surprised me. He can really dance!

I'm glad Emmitt and Cheryl won, Emmitt showed a lot of improvement over the show. He really worked hard to earn it. Mario was the better dancer, but he started off almost as good as he was at the end. He was also kind a jerk in the middle of the contest when he was breaking all of those dance rules.

Cheryle. It was my first vote last night (I watched (taped) the other shows so it was to late to vote by the time I saw it), and for an Eagles fan to vote for an ex-Cowboy was really, really difficult.

I voted like they do in ice skating, technical difficulty and artistic interpretation. I think that M& K won the technical aspect (most of the time, but not all) but E & C won the artistic interpretation all of the time and the tech some. There was also the class factor in E & C's performances verses the flashy, pop culture style in M & K.

fame but..I think Mario's partner(karina) was the real loser..she had no attitude of gratitude..a little class is needed along with alot of talent
