11. My cat eats everything that moves...
He has, on many occasions, made a wild retreat from the neighbor's after killing one of her favorite birds at the bird feeder. The poor lady becomes incensed and runs after him with brooms, rakes, or whatever is handy.

His favorite organic food is chipmunk; he eats everything but the back feet and tail. When he eats a rabbit, however, the carnage is absolutely disgusting.

My Ex-Neighbour does that for her dog: she mixes cheap meat (special for this use) and rice for her dog.

6. Some vets carry it, but you can also get some at Whole Foods

and other natural food stores. My cats eat Innova and California Natural, which is available at quite a few independent pet supply stores (NOT Petco and Petsmart) as well as vets' offices.

My vet gave me a list of the Top 12 Recommended Foods for Cats (organic, natural ingredients). # 1-10 contain no preservatives-they are preserved naturally with Vitamins C & E only.
1. California Natural
2. Innova
3. Petguard
4. Solid Gold
5. Precise
6. Wellness Super 5 Lamb Mix
7. Canidae
8. Wysong
9. Flint River Ranch
10. Back to Basics
11. Nature's Recipe
12. Nutro

You can probably do a web search and find sites that sell these products.

12. petguard
Look for it at your local natural foods store:

http://www.petguard.com

My cat who was having eating trouble just loved it. Organic, natural ingredients.

14. Paul Newman's daughter
has an organic pet food company. Just heard it on MS NBC (yuck), but they didn't give a link or name. This guy also said we could pick out round steak and have it made into ground beef so we would know what it contained. Most certainly a re-pug - what about what was in the grinder before your round steak!
