I have comfy sweatpants for the after holiday season!!! and I wear empire cut dresses to work...gives me an elegant almost pregnant look but hey who cares...

4. this is not complicated shit
You have two options. You can find a tape measure and actually measure how many inches your waist is around and buy a belt that size.

Or...you go to the store and pick up a belt. You wrap it around your waist. You look to see if the little holes are in the right place to buckle the belt. Repeat until the answer to that last one is yes. :-)
