That discussions of Britney's inadvertent display of herself at a party qualifies as a lockable thread but we got over 100 posts into a discussion of "Steely Dan" (not the band, if you know what I mean) several weeks ago without issue?

Especially the Haiku thread (which was locked just a few minutes ag0). Most of the poetry posted there was tasteful and there wasn't any open discussion of sexuality. In fact, some of the Haiku's were quite good.

That kinda bites. I know the moderators can do what they want at their own discretion, but come on. Making fun of Britney's indiscretion isn't a sex thread, IMHO.

None of them were too bad either, but she's gotta do what she thinks is right for the board (CaPeg I'm not criticizing you, just complaining in general)

I was hoping to see more Haiku's, they were starting to get good.

and therefore it isn't a question of which is more or less of a rule break.
