Does anyone else get tired when they have a headache?
I am having a very painful fibro inflamed tension headache. I am not taking any meds until I go to bed so that it will be easier to relax and let them take effect.

But does anyone else get tired and sleepy from the headaches?

See I can't even think enough to type.

1. Pain Is Very Tiring
uses the same neuropathways as anxiety does too, so it can lower your tolerance for "normal" stresses.

Sorry you are hurting Blue

3. I get a headache at least once or twice a week...
I also always have a muscle cramp somewheres on my body. It's just worse now because it is so cold and my dad keeps the temp low to save on bills.

I am in perpetual pain.

2. Sleep is a good way to deal with pain
For some reason, I have been blessed with a head that rarely aches. My stress shows up in other ways...I hope you feel better soon.

4. I will by tommorrow, I hope...
I think I might need to see a chiropracter. I have scoliosis and that compounds the problem that I have with the fibromyalgia.

7. I get killer migraines
and always try to relax and let myself get tired; hoping I'll possibly fall asleep to escape the pain. It never works. Instead it's like I've been shot up with adrenalin. All my senses are heightened - my body shakes and sweats.
