WAHOO!!! Finally got DSL! Goodbye to dial-up FOREVER!!
6 YEARS of using 56K...:argh:

I am in SHOCK!!!

First we take the House and Senate; now this!

What next?

I remember when I first moved from dial-up to DSL. Oh, what a great day that was; DSL kicked ass!

That said, a cable connection is cream-your-jeans better.

Congrats, though. You've got faster tubes.

3. Oh, I know! I had DSL for years and loved it.
It was less expensive (about 25 bucks/month) and fast. Good stuff.

6. I loved it, when I dropped the 56k demon....
this past June, I got broadband, and I never...ever, plan on going back to dial up...I can finally watch video files, and download time has improved VASTLY....:D

7. It Is Great To Go Faster
and have tubes that don't get clogged as easily

the thing that I have not liked about DSL is that it seems to affect the quality of land line phone calls, and visa versa on the DSL.

Also, there are TIMES that the damned thing will just not make a connection with the internet. It hasn't done that for a while. Probably old phone lines.
