Mmmmmm. Navy beans are good. Soaked 'em all day.

Then, simmered them in soup for four hours.

Interestingly, they aren't navy. They are white. ( :) )

Navy Bean Soup

* 2 cups cooked navy beans with their liquid.
* 1/2 cup diced celery
* 3/4 cup diced carrot
* 3/4 cup diced onion
* 1 t smoke flavoring
* 1/4 t black pepper
* 1t granulated garlic
* 3 cups water
* 1 small diced tomato
* 1/2 cup white flour*
* 1/8 cup vegetable oil
* Salt to taste
