What do you think Clark's chances of winning the OK primary are?

I'll vote for him, because so far he looks like the only one who might beat bush in OK and the other states that went bush in 2000.

Gore lost by what? 20% or something. I have no idea how Clark will do here. If he will spend some more time and money, anything is possible. Right now most of the effort is in New Hampshire it seems to me. Did you go to see him in OKC on Tuesday?

I remember reading the threads at FR with the women bubbling over with "what a man" Bush was and it made my stomach turn. I'm having the same reaction to this thread.

We're considering who is going to be the leader of the free world is going to be, not our next crush or fantasy date. As a woman, I would much rather hear about issues that are important to me, like where he stands on federal funding of reproductive choice, sexual harassment in the workplace, equal pay for woman, etc.

Noticing he's a handsome man and gushing like you have a schoolgirl crush are two entirely different things. I realize that looks and attractiveness play a role in a candidate's electability and it certainly is worthy of consideration. But that certainly doesn't appear to me the intent of this thread.

Frankly, I don't like it when men oogle women either and reduce them to objects and body parts so I wouldn't do it to men either.

By all means, have all the fun you want, but I'm also perfect free to post a different perspective on a public discussion board.

First off, this admittedly silly thread was mostly in response to someone (very rude) making comments in another thread about Clark looking "sickly" and like "he has HIV".

Second, since you say you rarely post here, I guess you don't realize how usually this forum is a humorless, angry fight-club and how infrequently we are even allowed to post something silly and playful without being told to "take it to the lounge".

So, lighten up, ok? Oh, and if you are looking for policy discussions, you aren't likley to find them here, unless you can prove that some candidate is lying about theirs.
