Not many years from now, wrinkles and bags will set in. Jaws will drop slowly from the lack of the use of muscle groups around the jaw, other than those that are used during forced smiles.

Gravity will take hold, and suddenly, those 'enhanced', or natural breasts will sag, until there are merely two flapjacks being kicked with each step. It will become harder to hide the lines and control the weight after a few pregnancies.

Time will continue on, and these women will continue to have to abide by it. Years of make-up will turn their skin into something akin to leather, and their hair will burned up by so many chemicals, that it will have the texture of steel wool.
