OK, I give up. I can't argue anymore. I have both a puppy and a kitten sleeping on me,
and those two warm spots have just taken all the fight out of me. Especially given that one of the warm spots is my bad hip, and the other is my bad shoulder. I ain't arguing with anyone else tonight. I just can't. Sorry to let y'all down like that... Redstone

1. Why, sir, do you hate America so?
*snicker* Had to. It's in the contract.

And he's doing quite well, considering, thank you. I spent a couple hours cooking for him tonight. I'm a BIT of a sucker.

14. CRAZY Uncle Redstone. Don't forget that part. But remember if you get
hit by a bus tomorrow, your pooch will have a home. We have plenty of space, and love to spare. And that's the stone truth, and my commitment to your dog. Redstone

When you have little furry heating pads, take full advantage of the situation. You can argue any day.

4. Welcome to my world. The dachshund sleeps with us every night
and when I am sleeping on my back, she sleeps in the hammock between my legs. On my side, she sleeps in the hollow behind my knees. One good thing, she is a major heat factory which makes my feet warm.

9. Same with our pup. Then the kitten wanders in and wants playtime. Riots ensue. Animals are dragged
outside for business. Then all settles down, with only an hour of sleep lost. A small price to pay for so much fun. Redstoen

8. I'm on the couch, not in the bed. By bedtime, both of the animals are in full-tilt boogie mode,
and every time Mrs R or I turn over, we get our fingers nibbled. We've gotta work on the schedule coordination around here. Hey, I made my own warm spot for a long time. It gets better, trust me. Redstone

Not me, that's for sure. I'm not feeling so good tonight myself. Sounds like you're getting some good therapy on those bad joints. Too bad my animals can't really lay on my knees when I'm sitting at the computer. :-( I think I'm going to crawl into the bed pretty soon. My tummy hurts too. Wah.

my fingers to type on the Powerbook...I'm covered with critters. And I like it. I like it a lot. If that picture helps you slide softly into sweet dreams, I'm glad I made the post. My best wishes for the holidays for you and yours, YRD. Redstone

31. Redstone, did you know that the royals of England used the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels...
for their aches and pains? I don't know about cats, but seems like you're following in a regal tradition. I've heard that the women used warm dogs for their menstrual cramps, and to chase away the dampish climate of Jolly Old England. I'm not making this up! There are paintings of these things in the museums around the world.

We have 2, Ginger sleeps on my feet every night. They're always freezing cold. Julie is content to cuddle nearby...whenever the DH is gone anyway. lol. Glad to know that you are doing so well.
