Rachel is a nice homey working class person who just happens to be making the most out of her opportunity and probably couldn't hurt a flea.

Martha stomped on everyone in her path to force an opportunity for herself and took no prisoners. Martha would wipe the floor with Rachel.

(though suffering from extreme over-exposure), Martha would win handily, even without a support staff behind her.

A perky smile, EVOO, "Yummo" and "Delish" aren't very potent weapons against the Dominatrix of Domesticity.
