It's a habit I had to break. It gives me such an adrenaline rush I can't sleep at night. ...we had to block access to my space where I work. People were spending an average of 4-5 hours a day on there (We had the proxy logs, so they couldn't deny it), and not getting anything done. It's just a matter of principle for me. I don't shop at Walmart, I don't watch anything Fox related, and I don't use myspace.
