I got my very first professional massage this morning

I badly strained my lower back last week, and have been in a great deal of pain since. Luckily, one of my clients is a professional sports masseuse, so I scheduled a session with her for this morning. She spent the entire hour working on my back, and it was wonderful.

Although I was in pain for quite a while after, it has diminished almost completely by now, and I can bend over and pick things up off the floor without effort for the first time in a week!

Gonna have another session on friday. Can't wait!
