Need a Smile? See my Puppy

I gave my son a portrait of our dog Louise for Christmas.

Louise was adopted by our family in 1994 and formed a special bond with him.

During the summer he mentioned to me how much he wanted a painting of her.

Not being an artist, I did the next best thing and hired a professional photographer to take her portrait.

She is our Queen.

I know that dog has a great life. It always makes me feel good to see stuff like this. Thanks.

I love the pearls too. Nice touch.

I have an old dog and she goes almost everywhere with me in the truck. If I get out to do something, when I return, there she is patiently waiting. She puts me in mind of a little old lady. Like she should be holding her purse and wearing a string of pearls.
