I mean, I know many people have a reason to be, but hey, go watch Amelie or something and cheer up...Life's too short for that crap. I think. :)

You might want to start with a rub of fresh rosemary and fennel, then keep the heat on medium and add a tablespoon of salt per pound.

Sugar and spice work well on the younger females, who are naturally tender and rarely bitter... but far less filling, and much more difficult to catch.
